The other day I sat down with a former chanich of mine. I
         say former because I no longer lead his kvutzah but it really
         is a misnomer. When I brought that sicha to the kvutzah, I
         had told him that whenever he wanted we could talk and
         meet and that I'm happy to continue our relationship through
         whatever activities he might join me in the Ken. Just, the part
         where I run activities for his kvutzah shichvati will no longer
         be the center of our interaction. So the other day, he took
         me up on that offer.

         The things that stood out to me about the conversation we
         had is how far he has come since I started to lead him 2
         years ago. Yossi (not his real name) is a boy with severe
         ADHD, who when I met him was impatient, quick to feel
         attacked and quick to attack in return. What he brought with
         him to our peulot, along with a lot of energy and curiosity
         was a type of behavior and a type of need that the school
         system could only handle with suspension and medication.
         Our tools are different. In our activities we reacted to his
