Hello to all my friends, partners, and frenemies!

This week is a special week, because this is the week
where I answer questions that are especially hard!!
Let’s see if I can still make it out alive as a respectable
hadracha figure.

Dear Shula,
I’m starting to feel a bit alienated from the movement,
because I feel like it’s increasingly polarized and
divided around various issues (mainly Israel/Palestine
but also around gender, types of activism, etc). It feels
like bogrim are increasingly angry at each other, and
while I want there to be honest conversation, it’s also
hard to lead in the movement when people are
constantly mad at each other over ideological
disagreements. Is there a way for the movement to get
passed this?
