reminds me to ask, What’s an insects best chat-up line?
Pardon me, but is this stool taken?!
"We only started (Tuesday) and
we expect to have reached 200
signatures by tonight," Barnett, the chairman of the Zionist youth movement, said
Wednesday.
"The deadline we set for ourselves was to get at least a few thousand signatures and
maybe even 10,000 by the middle of March. We intend to publicize the petition in
local newspapers, in the hopes that it will reach each one of the 70,000 Jews in
South Africa," he said.
Barnett isn't out to change the world, but still thinks his actions are important. "In
particular now, when the issue is more relevant than ever, it can be small initiatives
like these that end up as something huge. We, as members of a Zionist youth
movement, are ideological people and believe that nothing can stand in the way of
willpower," he said.
"The idea is to show the world that the South African community stands behind
Israel and wants justice," he added.
