This week I
took grades
4-6 on a one
day tiyul
close to the
moshav.
What struck
me is how
ready and
excited the
chanichimot were, despite needing to hike in a
mask on a very hot day. With us were three grade 8
chanichimot who led the tiyul as their first
hadracha experience, it was a huge success that
has sparked their desire to be madatzim.

With Israel's
vaccination
program
advancing
and more of
the education
system
coming back,
I hope this is
just the start of many more big peilut, as we prove
we can do peilut while taking all the steps possible
to protect our chanichimot, their families and
ourselves from infection.
