movement Hanoar Haoved takes responsibility for a community in many diverse ways
bound by common values; an allegory for the way Habonim Dror around the world
takes responsibility for the Jewish People in very different ways though concreted
together by the same vision.
Kennes Mazkirim was an excellent opportunity to reignite old friendships, spark new
ones, and to share the energetic ideas and initiatives that characterise the youth of
our movement. The general sense of excitement and passion throughout the seminar
was undeniable as the 23 participants from all over the world forged a new sense of
global unity in preparedness to shape the future of the whole Jewish People.

Pesach
During the Kenes Mazkirim, participants were
given copies of a new Pesach Choveret, which
offers peulot for various ages, Pesach resources,
and a sample alternative haggadah. The purpose
of this choveret was to give movement madrichim
some tools to reach more people in their local
Jewish communities, and also to strengthen our
ability to speak a common language in the
movement world-wide, by exploring Judaism
through the same texts and building similar
understandings about our responsibility towards
ourselves, our movement, and the Jewish people.
The English and Spanish versions of the choveret
are posted on the Habonim Dror Olami website:
